Histon and Impington Runners (HI RUNNERS) was established as a partnership in April 2014. The Histon and Impington Friends of the Rec teamed up with Neil Marsh Health and Fitness to form a non profit based running club for the local community. The running club welcomes all runners of any ability, male or female to join them just for fun, to improve performance or to make running social. The running club now has 60 members and has gone from strength to strength since seeing people improve their running ability and also making running fun and enjoyable.

HI RUNNERS is a community running club for new and existing runners who would like to train and run with others in a fun and social group.   It is a non-elitist club with all members making everyone feel welcome.   HI RUNNERS meet on a Wednesday evening with a winter and summer schedule. The club also attends running events together from 5K up to marathon distances.

The 2017 outdoor session on the Rec start Wednesday 11th April at 6.45pm and new runners & beginners especially welcome
